Use Talent Hub with your AI assistant

MCP lets a compatible AI assistant work with Talent Hub using your account's access. It is an optional way to search and compare candidates, follow shortlists and prepare the next step. You can also do this directly in Talent Hub.

1. Create or sign in to your free account

Create a free account and confirm your email, or sign in. Talent Hub and MCP access are free. Your AI assistant may have its own subscription or usage costs.

2. Open Password & connections

In Password & connections, find “Connect your AI tools”. The page provides the current connection address and setup snippets for supported clients, including Claude Code, Codex and Cursor.

If your client connects using an API key, generate it there and copy it while it is displayed. The full key is shown once. Keep it private and use it only in the connection settings of an assistant you trust.

If your client offers an account sign-in connection, review its requested access and the Talent Hub consent screen before approving it. Connection controls and permissions still apply.

3. Begin with a specific request

Try: “Help me compare candidates with client coordination and CRM experience. Summarise the relevant evidence and the questions I should ask.” Tell the assistant the responsibilities, tools and working hours that matter.

Profiles protect candidate identity. A connected assistant does not gain access to private candidate records or another company's data simply because it is connected.

Keep decisions with you

Review candidate information and confirm availability with us. External actions such as introduction requests and messages require confirmation. Proposal signing stays in Talent Hub.

To stop an app's access, use Connected apps on the same settings page. For a key-based connection, revoke or regenerate the API key; tools using the old key will stop working.
